We source a vetted Rent-to-Rent unit through our 5-year head-lease pipeline, fully furnish it to short-let spec, photograph it, and (if you want) list it on the channels of your choice. Inside 30 days. Then we hand you the keys.

From that point on, you run the operation — guests, pricing, cleaning, maintenance — and you keep 100% of the rental income. We're paid once, on onboarding. No recurring management fee.

Everything Handover does — and then everything that comes next. We source, furnish and list the unit. Then we keep going: dynamic pricing, guest comms, check-in, cleaning, linen, maintenance, monthly reporting. End-to-end operations on your behalf.

You receive a fixed monthly sum or a transparent net dividend — your choice at onboarding. A 75% occupancy guarantee is built in: if we miss in any given month, we top up to the agreed minimum from our own balance sheet.
